1 bottle of Cupcake Prosecco
1 c gin
2 c citrus juice of your choice
½ c rosemary simple syrup
1 – 2 tbsp ginger juice
1 – 2 cups sparkling water (to taste)
sprigs of rosemary
Using a large punch bowl, gently mix together the Cupcake Prosecco, gin, and citrus juice. Then, add nearly all of the rosemary syrup. After stirring the syrup in, you may add the rest if needed. Next, add 1 tablespoon of ginger juice before adding more if it needs it. Then, you can begin to add the sparkling water little by little until you have diluted it to your satisfaction.
Carefully add ice to keep it cool, and be sure to garnish it with a few sprigs of rosemary.
